Business English qualifications.
(1) Practical Business English (PBE)
- Pre-intermediate business examination
- One hour multiple choice exam
- Exams throughout the year on demand
(2) English for Commerce (EFC)
- Three level commerce examination from pre-intermediate to advanced
- Reading, writing, listening and speaking for second and third levels
- Exams throughout the year on demand
- Third level accepted by some universities
(3) English for Business (EFB)
- Three level business examination from pre-intermediate to advanced
- Reading, writing, listening and speaking for second and third levels
- Exams throughout the year on demand
- Third level accepted by some universities
(4) Spoken English for Industry and Commerce (SEFIC)
- Four level exam from pre-intermediate to advanced
- Speaking, concentrating on spoken language needed for business transactions and
interaction
- Exams throughout the year on demand
(5) Spoken English for the Tourism Industry (SEFTI)
- Intermediate level
- The same format as the SEFIC exam, but the subject matter relates to the Tourism
Industry
(6) Written English for Tourism
- Two level examination for students working or planning to work in the tourism industry
(7) English for the Tourism Industry (EFTI)
- The Group award English for the Tourism Industry is given to candidates who
successfully take
i) Written English for Tourism and Spoken English for the Tourism Industry at Second
level (SEFTI)
or
ii) Written English for Tourism and Spoken English for Industry and commerce at first
level (SEFIC)
- Exams throughout the year on demand
(8) EUROQUALIFICATIONS
- Bilingual qualifications for people who want to show business or secretarial skills
- Three levels: Commercial Language Assistant Certificate (CLAC), European Executive
Assistant Certificate (EEAC) and Diploma in European Business Administration
(DEBA)
